Things people always ask.

I've never lifted weights before. Is this for me?
100%. Most of our clients started exactly where you are. Every program is tailored to your level — we'll teach you everything and progress you safely.
Will I be the only beginner in the room?
No. Semi-private means 2–3 people per session, all on their own programs. You're never compared to anyone. Most of our clients are working professionals who hadn't trained seriously in years.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. You can reschedule missed sessions within the program window. We'll work with you.
Do I have to commit to the 12-week to see results?
No — the 6-week is a real program and you'll see real change. The 12-week just goes deeper and locks in habits that stick. We'll help you choose during your strategy call.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. We offer payment plans for both the 6-week and 12-week programs. We'll go over options on your strategy call.
What happens after the program ends?
Most of our Summer Transformation clients roll into ongoing semi-private membership at a special rate. You're not starting from scratch in September — you're building on momentum.
